Booking conditions

Enrolments are registered in the order in which they are received.

 

Enrolment for a course takes effect from the date on which the Enrolment Form is received.  No enrolment is effective until a deposit has been received.

 

In case of cancellation the deposit paid is not refundable. Language In Provence will however endeavour to offer the student a place on an equivalent course on another date for which a further deposit will not be required.

 

The balance of the course fee is due 30 working days before the course begins. In case of cancellation less than 30 working days before the beginning of the course, the course fee is not refundable. Language In Provence will however again endeavour to offer the student a place on an equivalent course on another date at no extra cost.

 

Where there is only one enrolment at a particular level for a small group course Language In Provence reserves the right to offer students an Individual Immersion Course or an alternative course date.

 

The presence of clients at Language In Provence premises implies their acceptance of the school’s regulations.

Please note: we recommend that students take out personal insurance to cover the cost of cancellation of their course and in case of accident, illness, theft etc.
