Spring is here! Sunshine, gentle breezes, plant and birdlife awakening....

Summer courses are getting busy so don't forget to finalise your dates.

There are two significant additions to our programmes for 2010. Our 'Living Language Learning: Immersion with a difference' course is a fantastic mix of language, local culture, excursions and everyday life. We are sure that this course will appeal to learners who would like to spend as much time outside the classroom as in it, while at the same time working on practical language skills. The course will be stimulating, informative and fun.

We are finalising our programme for our 'Living Language Learning' course beginning 24 May. This is our Vineyards of the Côtes de Rhône week and under the guidance of a local wine expert, Marcel, we will be visiting fabulous vineyards and châteaux in Vacqueras and Châteauneuf-du-Pape as well as a charming restaurant for lunch. French host accommodation is in short supply so please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested. If you are tied to particular dates please get in touch as soon as you can.

We are also offering a weekly morning course, from approx 09h15-12h15 Monday to Friday. This course should appeal to students  and visitors who are looking for morning language training only. Quality language programmes will always be at the core of what we offer. In 2010 learners will find a little more variety but always the same degree of professionalism and enthusiasm. Watch this space!

If you have specific requests before they appear please do not hesitate to ask.

Avignon and Marseille Marignane are our nearest airports and connect with many regional airports in the UK. There are also routes between Canada and Marseille. Many of our American students find the easiest option is to fly to Paris CDG and take the fast TGV train to Avignon where there is a connecting bus to Apt. There is also a new station at Marseille Airport which connects to Avignon and Cavaillon where there are bus services to Apt. We are happy to offer a free collection service from Apt to your French host in St Saturnin lès Apt. We have tried to include as much detail as possible on our 'Travel Connections' page. Do keep an eye on the local press in your area to see what is happening.

If you want to get in touch with me personally you can email me on: susan.bento@
